Billing, refunds and credits
The payment terms that apply to HireHub subscriptions and one-time CV Builder purchases.
Before you pay
Checkout shows the plan name, amount, currency, interval and included features before payment. A subscription is not active until the payment provider confirms it.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide access for the period shown at checkout. Cancellation affects future renewal; it does not erase work already saved in your account. Access and renewal status are shown in billing.
CV Builder
The CV Builder is a one-time purchase for the product and period shown at checkout. A completed purchase unlocks the generated CV output and does not automatically create a recurring subscription.
Refund requests
Contact [email protected] with your account email, order reference and reason. Never email card details or payment secrets. Refund eligibility is reviewed against the plan terms, payment status and any applicable consumer-law requirements.
Payment problems
If money was debited but access was not updated, do not pay again immediately. Contact support with the order reference so the transaction can be reconciled safely.
